Colour makeover in Chiswick

Not being entirely happy with the colour scheme around your house is not something that you can ignore for a long period of time. That’s why this family decided to contact us to help them revitalise their 5-bed house and inject new colours throughout.

They were after a soothing and neutral palette for hallways and circulations,

but wanted to make sure to rejuvenate the rooms so the whole house looks fresh and contemporary, especially the open plan kitchen which is where they tend to spend most of their time together.

This is the area of the house where everything happens and picking the right shade for it was absolutely vital.

After considering existing materials such as wood, sandstone floors and manmade worktops, we thought of a greenish-blue shade paired with dark blue as perfect additions to the scheme. Both colours were happily embraced by the Client and we all knew it would be a triumph.

Playing with existing materials and textures is key when it comes to  enriching  and fostering a new atmosphere.

Rest of the house would include off whites, various shades of greys, muted pink and yellow, and a fantastic darker shade of green.
